WHAT WE DO
To achieve our mission of increasing sales and demand for dairy, we have approximately 160 national employees, along with almost 300 local staff, who work in collaborative and innovative ways on behalf of dairy farmers and dairy importers who fund the dairy checkoff. We work with the best of the best in our partnerships and industry initiatives, and that commitment to excellence extends to how we work internally as well.
For example, we recently introduced a cutting-edge real-time newsroom approach to our consumer communications—which includes a team gathering insights and responding in real-time, planning content and sharing stories that helps tell dairy’s story to reconnect consumers to agriculture. We are always looking for talented people to join our team who share the passion and motivation to promote the goodness of dairy.
